Casebound Books

When your publication needs a highly durable, premium cover, casebound is a time-honored, beautiful finish.  Often referred to as Hardback, case binding is perfect for books that will be repeatedly thumbed, and loved, over the years.

Casebound Books are the preferred choice for commemorations and anniversaries, school leavers’ yearbooks, first editions, coffee table books and limited-edition runs.

To achieve this timeless finish, the printed cover is wrapped around greyboard to create a robust ‘Case’.  The inner text pages are then bound using a strong PUR (Polyurethane Reactive) adhesive.  End papers are then inserted and glued to the case.  Choose from a wealth of special finishes and check out our gallery below for ideas.
